What you will do

  • Develop and execute long-term operational strategies to support scalable growth in the Korean market.
  • Manage end-to-end CPX operations including retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Lead fiscal management for CPX in Korea, including budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Drive operational readiness for major game launches and seasonal esports moments.
  • Identify structural gaps and implement process improvements for better governance and decision-making.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure execution standards and alignment of priorities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or retail management.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, projects, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate strategy into tangible action.
  • Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • English and Korean proficiency (C1 or higher) required for effective communication.
