What you will do
- Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly and support timely hiring decisions.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (Ashby).
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person interviews.
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared.
- Maintain strong organization across hiring processes, documentation, and communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination and the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly reliable with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing competing schedules.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems and improve processes.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a coordination, recruitment, people, or administrative role.
- Experience using an ATS such as Ashby or similar tooling.
