What you will do

  • Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly and support timely hiring decisions.
  • Manage and maintain candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system (Ashby).
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person interviews.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared.
  • Maintain strong organization across hiring processes, documentation, and communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination and the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly reliable with strong follow-through and ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing competing schedules.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems and improve processes.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a coordination, recruitment, people, or administrative role.
  • Experience using an ATS such as Ashby or similar tooling.
