What you will do
- Monitor operational queues and resolve routine customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Manage Responsible Gaming cases, including self-exclusion protocols and player education.
- Handle sensitive requests related to data privacy, legal compliance, and suicide prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to escalate complex issues and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Support the implementation of new operational processes and tools to enhance team productivity.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Language: Fluent Czech and English skills required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer operations or backoffice roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and data management tools.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills.
- Associate’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
