What you will do

  • Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space and priorities.
  • Optimize live user workflows and capabilities through monitoring metrics and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and end users to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Write detailed user stories for new features, capturing rationale, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products.
  • Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Product development experience in the context of a healthcare technology product.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration and applicable data standards (e.g. FHIR).
  • Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical data sets.
  • Experience working with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, or population health products.
  • Experience in healthcare interoperability standards and integration protocols.
  • Knowledge of SQL, ideally with PostgreSQL experience.
