What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and identify prospect objectives.
  • Lead technical validations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for the PerfectScale platform.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing Kubernetes optimization and management capabilities.
  • Build robust business cases and ROI analyses to justify value and cost savings for prospects.
  • Own the technical win by addressing requirements and building confidence in the solution.
  • Represent the company and platform at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep and demonstrable understanding of Kubernetes across various flavors like EKS, AKS, or GKE.
  • Proven ability to present to executive-level audiences on technical topics.
  • Experience analyzing monitoring data from tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil with availability to work in EST hours.
  • Strong background in selling to DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams.

Nice to have

  • Prior professional experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or SRE.
