What you will do
- Own the end-to-end administration, health, and optimization of the enterprise Google Workspace environment.
- Configure and maintain advanced security policies, including DLP, MDM, MAM, and email security protocols.
- Act as the L3 technical escalation point for high-priority collaboration tool issues.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop automation workflows using Google Apps Script.
- Administer secondary platforms including Slack and Zoom.
- Support and mentor L1/L2 IT Helpdesk teams to foster continuous learning and maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in IT Operations, with at least 5 years dedicated to Google Workspace administration.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation and administrative tasks.
- Strong background in security and endpoints, including DLP, MDM/MAM, and Chrome Browser Cloud Management.
- Practical experience with GCP, specifically Service Accounts and BigQuery log analysis.
- Experience with SSO/SAML integrations, identity management, and enterprise-level SaaS administration.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Active Google Workspace Administrator Certification.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or GAM for advanced bulk operations.
- Experience with tenant migrations or domain consolidations during M&A.
- Hands-on experience building AI-integrated workflows and custom agents.
