Requirements

  • 2+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.
  • Experience guiding and coaching other developers.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably AWS), database systems (SQL and NoSQL), and AI tools.
  • Prior experience in defining benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
