What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted thought leader on HR-related processes and decisions, including organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with HR leadership to create strategic HR plans and objectives, understanding global business conditions and priorities.
  • Frame and solve business problems, collaborating with internal stakeholders to make recommendations on various issues.
  • Lead projects related to people strategy, operational efficiency, and HR initiatives, using quantitative analysis to support recommendations.
  • Enable large-scale people and change management initiatives, including business transformations and organizational development.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Leader supporting global engineering, product, and/or AI leaders or C-suite executives.
  • Experience in dynamic environments scaling and growing organizations.
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience within a global technology organization.
  • Strong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
