What you will do

  • Enhance public incident management workflows and strengthen collaboration among cross-functional departments.
  • Shape crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely and transparent responses during critical incidents.
  • Act as the central coordination point between PR, Incident teams, Customer Support, and external agencies.
  • Supervise regional team workflows and set priorities for quality and speed of response.
  • Participate directly in investigations for high-impact safety cases.
  • Optimize incident management processes across LATAM and Brazil in partnership with HQ stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Crisis Management, or Urgent Customer Support at a head of division level.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Bogotá, Colombia.
