What you will do
- Enhance public incident management workflows and strengthen collaboration among cross-functional departments.
- Shape crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely and transparent responses during critical incidents.
- Act as the central coordination point between PR, Incident teams, Customer Support, and external agencies.
- Supervise regional team workflows and set priorities for quality and speed of response.
- Participate directly in investigations for high-impact safety cases.
- Optimize incident management processes across LATAM and Brazil in partnership with HQ stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Project Management, Crisis Management, or Urgent Customer Support at a head of division level.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Bogotá, Colombia.
