What you will do

  • Own and evolve the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives for abuse proactive/reactive detection, scam/fraud prevention, reporting, blocking, and moderation.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Legal, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Define success metrics balancing safety, user experience, and business impact.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on policy implementation and risk mitigation.
  • Stay informed on emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience shipping products in Trust & Safety, platform integrity, risk, fraud, abuse prevention, or moderation.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in experimentation, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technically complex systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Policy, Ops, Data Science).
  • Experience balancing user experience with compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in social, marketplace, UGC, or two-sided platform environments.
  • Experience working with machine learning models for detection, ranking, or classification systems.
  • Familiarity with global safety regulations (e.g., Online Safety Act, DSA).
  • Background in building internal tools for moderation or operations teams.
