What you will do
- Define and manage the annual CSI learning agenda in alignment with Indonesian business strategy.
- Synthesize multi-source data to generate holistic, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally to promote foresight and trend programs across segments.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to foster high-value partnerships.
- Lead and mentor junior CSI associates, including performance reviews and sensory lab oversight.
- Represent Givaudan's sensory expertise and technical capabilities with key clients.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Food Science, Chemistry, or Food Engineering.
- 8-10 years of functional and leadership experience in the Flavour or FMCG industry.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in people management.
- Deep expertise in Sensory Science and Consumer & Category Insights.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Jakarta Selatan.
