What you will do

  • Design, build, and scale distributed backend systems serving millions of users.
  • Architect real-time, low-latency APIs for AI-driven conversational systems.

  • Develop cloud-native services using Java or Python.
  • Manage infrastructure components including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready, resilient systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in Java (17+), Python, or Node.
  • Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS) and container orchestration.
  • Experience designing high-throughput, real-time systems.
  • Solid understanding of observability practices including logging, tracing, and metrics.
  • Proficiency in English required for clear technical communication.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Java frameworks like Micronaut or Spring.
  • Experience with distributed data systems such as Redis or Apache Kafka.
  • Exposure to LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI observability.
  • Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, and IaC.
