What you will do
- Oversee vendor onboarding, including catalog creation and assortment setup across platforms.
- Monitor and improve operational metrics by reviewing vendor performance and inventory availability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding technical issues, process guidance, and support.
- Collaborate with local and regional account managers to implement best practices and vendor compliance.
- Execute daily checks and maintain accuracy of pricing and inventory data in the system.
- Coordinate monthly scanning and catalog updates for selected key accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.
- Arabic fluency is required (verbal and written).
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Logical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
