What you will do

  • Oversee vendor onboarding, including catalog creation and assortment setup across platforms.
  • Monitor and improve operational metrics by reviewing vendor performance and inventory availability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding technical issues, process guidance, and support.
  • Collaborate with local and regional account managers to implement best practices and vendor compliance.
  • Execute daily checks and maintain accuracy of pricing and inventory data in the system.
  • Coordinate monthly scanning and catalog updates for selected key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.
  • Arabic fluency is required (verbal and written).
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Logical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
