What you will do
- Support internal communication through newsletters and other communication activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create enterprise content.
- Assist in climate analysis activities.
- Organize events, team building activities, and other corporate engagement initiatives.
- Manage contacts with universities and participate in career day events.
- Support the management and monitoring of our HR tools.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in humanities or economics. A master's or specialization in HR/Communication is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Proactive with a gift for listening and teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic context.
- Solid linguistic mastery with clear written and spoken communication skills.

- Excellent command of the Office Package and good knowledge of English.
