What you will do

  • Provide organizational support to APAC & Japan General Managers for efficient operations.
  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, organize meetings, and track action items.
  • Coordinate and book travel, accommodation, and dining arrangements for executives.
  • Handle executive expense management.
  • Assist with internal communications and logistics for regional events and town halls.
  • Organize team offsites and initiatives to build community and recognize employees.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Executive Operations or Assistant experience in a fast-growing startup or multi-national company.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate executive needs and prioritize.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Japanese with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
  • Experience organizing large-scale internal events and multi-day executive offsites.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and maintain confidentiality.
  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools for smarter work.
