- Onboard and manage relationships with key institutional clients including asset managers and banks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-onboarding to drive client engagement and portfolio growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with relevant regulatory stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to optimize the institutional client journey.
- Refine go-to-market strategies based on market trends and direct client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in institutional sales or business development within banking or asset management sectors.
- Deep expertise in the cryptocurrency and digital asset ecosystem.
- Strong professional network of institutional contacts within the UK or EMEA region.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a self-starter mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale client portfolios against ambitious goals.
