What you will do

  • Lead the institutional business development strategy and execution across the UK and EMEA regions.
  • Onboard and manage relationships with key institutional clients including asset managers and banks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact post-onboarding to drive client engagement and portfolio growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with relevant regulatory stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to optimize the institutional client journey.
  • Refine go-to-market strategies based on market trends and direct client feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in institutional sales or business development within banking or asset management sectors.
  • Deep expertise in the cryptocurrency and digital asset ecosystem.
  • Strong professional network of institutional contacts within the UK or EMEA region.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a self-starter mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale client portfolios against ambitious goals.
