What you will do
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure readiness and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and development teams to build features according to specifications
- Create Epic level work items with detailed acceptance criteria and write high-level business requirements
- Drive backlog refinement, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and adjust requirements as needed
- Monitor product performance, set KPIs, and ensure on-time delivery of product features
- Work with UX designers to ensure expected user experience and manage user feedback sessions
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States (remote role)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-7 years relevant work experience with 1-3 years in Product Owner/Management roles
- Experience in software design for complex, real-time, highly available systems and relational databases
- Previous healthcare industry experience is required
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and agile methodology skills
