What you will do

  • Assist companies in transformation or key moments of their development.
  • Work on job evaluation, grading, and classification projects using the Hay job evaluation methodology.
  • Design job architecture, including job families, levels, and career progression frameworks.
  • Develop structured analyses and presentations to visualize results and recommendations.
  • Act as lead consultant/account manager for smaller clients, managing client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Support senior colleagues on larger projects, potentially leading client-facing workstreams.

Requirements

  • Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters) in HR, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics, or similar.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or industry in job evaluation, grading, work measurement, or job architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of job families, grading structures, role classification, and structured evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent language skills in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Client-focused mindset with a positive attitude and high level of engagement.
