What you will do

  • Understand client needs and custom-match them with Engineering experts from various specialties, including Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Manage client expectations effectively and provide continuous support throughout the talent engagement.
  • Craft professional and accurate job descriptions to attract suitable talent for client roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end matching process, ensuring talent meets skill, experience, commitment, and timezone criteria.
  • Collaborate with other teams to remove friction and resolve engagement issues.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Development Matching, providing insights for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience successfully working on software development projects (Developer, Project Manager, Architect, DevOps Engineer) OR 3+ years of experience successfully recruiting for Developers in tech companies or start-ups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship development, and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Ability to understand ambiguous business needs and translate them into technical requirements and responsibilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of experience leading remote client sales or consultative interviews, managing international clients, or running your own company.
  • Experience in scoping and preparing project proposals.
