What you will do
- Revise and establish advanced operations processes
- Mentor product analytics team and assist with talent acquisition
- Build new analytics and reporting capabilities for product evaluation
- Scope data requests, synthesize insights, and recommend solutions collaboratively
- Work with product leaders to enable market-facing solutions using data insights
- Establish A/B testing processes across product teams
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid in Warsaw
- Experience leading projects and mentoring data analysts
- Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
- SQL and Python experience required
- Experience with large disconnected datasets
- Background in fintech, finance, or trading
