What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, managing scope, budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects.
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners.
- Monitor project metrics, budgets, and timelines using Kyriba’s PSA tool.
- Manage risks, issues, changes, and communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Review and approve timesheets and client invoices for projects.
- Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and project management best practices.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
- 5–8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementations or fintech.
- PMP, Prince2, or other project management certification is a plus.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with excellent time management.
- Up to 10% travel required.
