Location: Remote US

Salary: USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $180,000 - $230,000, USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $160,000 - $210,000

What you will do

  • Support the development of business strategy and product vision.
  • Own the entire deal process, from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and signing contracts.
  • Manage relationships with existing strategic partners by expanding collaboration and driving product innovation.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Affirm’s offerings and how they integrate with partner products.
  • Help navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks as new products are launched.
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and growth targets to measure partnership success.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in banking, fintech, payments or another high growth startup.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand financial models and evaluate business performance.
  • Proven ability to lead high-stakes deals end-to-end.
  • Excellent customer and/or partnership relationship management skills.
