Salary: USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $180,000 - $230,000, USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $160,000 - $210,000

What you will do
- Support the development of business strategy and product vision.
- Own the entire deal process, from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and signing contracts.
- Manage relationships with existing strategic partners by expanding collaboration and driving product innovation.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Affirm’s offerings and how they integrate with partner products.
- Help navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks as new products are launched.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and growth targets to measure partnership success.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in banking, fintech, payments or another high growth startup.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
- Strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand financial models and evaluate business performance.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes deals end-to-end.
- Excellent customer and/or partnership relationship management skills.
