Salary: $72,200 - $212,600 (Total Target Cash Range)

What you will do

  • Coordinate adoption, configuration, and deployment of analytics products like SciVal and Scopus.
  • Guide clients through onboarding, change management, and process improvement to embed Elsevier’s solutions.
  • Provide training and support for customers and sales teams on analytics and AI solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor supporting customer success managers and contributing to account growth and renewals.
  • Lead internal projects to improve customer success processes and knowledge management.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA with ability to work remotely nationwide.
  • Relevant education and strong knowledge of Elsevier analytics and AI products.
  • Background in computer science, mathematics, or related fields with software experience.
  • Advanced consultative sales and customer success skills with excellent communication in English.
  • Experience working in international matrix organizations and building influential networks.
  • Data storytelling and advisory capabilities essential.
