Pre-Sales AI Consultant (AI): Supporting customers in evaluating, adopting, and scaling WalkMe AI solutions with an accent on aligning customer AI strategies, architectures, and business objectives. Focus on guiding technical discovery, leading AI-focused demonstrations and proofs of concept, and integrating WalkMe AI into broader enterprise AI initiatives.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK or Tel Aviv, Israel. Supporting customers across EMEA with primary focus on DACH, UK + Ireland, and Israel.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives and Presales teams in EMEA to support WalkMe AI evaluations.
  • Lead AI-focused discovery sessions and provide technical architectural guidance to customers.
  • Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations of WalkMe AI.
  • Manage technical proofs of concept, both remotely and onsite.
  • Develop strong technical relationships, acting as a trusted AI advisor to customer stakeholders.
  • Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams, sharing product feedback and market trends.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with generative and contextual AI, including LLMs, AI architectures, and prompt development.
  • Minimum of 7–8 years in SaaS, with enterprise presales, sales engineering, consulting, or solution architecture experience.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for increased speed, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical demonstrations and walkthroughs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and AI solution deployment.
