What you will do
- Ensure successful delivery of outsourced services, meeting or exceeding contract commitments, service levels, and client expectations.
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans by contributing to project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong day‑to‑day client relationships, providing guidance, support, and timely issue resolution.
- Identify commercial opportunities by promoting Nasdaq capabilities and supporting account teams to grow business.
- Serve as a key resource for vendors and distributors, providing consultation on Nasdaq and industry products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in client service, vendor management, or technology‑driven service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, connect technical and business needs, and support contract execution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative, global environments.
- Comfortable working with tools and processes related to service delivery, product support, and project execution.
Nice to have
- Experience promoting products or solutions to vendors, subscribers, or enterprise clients.
- Background in capital markets, financial technology, or regulated environments.
