Mayflower is developing a payment gateway for accepting and sending funds between users and merchants, handling sensitive payment data subject to PCI DSS compliance.

What you will do

  • Perform quality control for a high-load web project from requirements analysis to production release.
  • Automate API testing using Kotlin/Java and UI testing using Playwright, including developing auxiliary utilities.
  • Conduct code reviews for automated tests and perform manual testing.
  • Build releases, deploy to environments, and verify tasks in production to ensure system stability.
  • Process and resolve technical support and user requests, analyze bugs and incidents using Kibana and Grafana.
  • Create and maintain Postman collections and enhance the overall test plan in Allure TestOps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Practical experience in test automation using Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Practical experience in UI test automation using Playwright.
  • Experience in manual testing and testing integrations with external systems.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium) and ability to critically review AI-generated code.
  • Knowledge of test design techniques, HTTP protocol, and SQL (JOINs, indexes).
  • Experience with test management systems (Allure TestOps), GitLab, Postman, Kibana, and Grafana.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
