What you will do

  • Orchestrate the motion of every project, liaising with all departments and clients from start through completion.
  • Understand client request scope and translate requests into deliverables, assumptions, estimates, and timelines.
  • Align with resource management to ensure appropriate resources are available throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints, monitoring progress and risk.
  • Lead quality assurance requirements and maintain the required level of quality throughout the delivery process.
  • Initiate all activities to support project close-out and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related project management experience in Digital campaign management at an advertising or media agency.
  • Skilled at building strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Evidence of working with project management methodologies and tools, WorkFront familiarity a must.
  • Experience project managing execution of paid media campaigns.
  • Commercially minded and capable of identifying business and growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills.
