What you will do

  • Lead CRM onboarding and configuration sessions with dealer partners.
  • Customize CRM workflows, lead stages, campaigns, and reporting dashboards.
  • Serve as the primary CRM subject matter expert during implementation and post-launch phases.
  • Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on CRM features.
  • Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for lead assignment, automation, and customer engagement.
  • Validate CRM configurations against UAT checklists and support troubleshooting during go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation or consulting (preferably automotive retail).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and campaign automation.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Must be based in the United States.
