What you will do
- Source and identify top talent through creative outreach and research
- Conduct engaging screening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Build and optimize talent acquisition automation workflows using AI tools
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams throughout the hiring process
- Help onboard exceptional new employees
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Copenhagen
- Currently studying a bachelor or master’s degree with at least one year remaining
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools (Copilot, Claude, Notion AI, ChatGPT)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and strong communicator
