What you will do
- Identify and prioritize needs for Product Safety Assurance, Metrics, Mission Management, and Regulatory workstreams.
- Build cross-functional plans, define acceptance criteria, and drive alignment to deliver outcomes on the Technology Roadmap.
- Reconcile timeline gaps, address dependencies, risks, and manage change proactively.
- Report status to leadership, initiate escalations, and drive timely execution on the Technology Roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Technical Program Manager in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or automotive industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field plus demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 6+ years of experience OR; Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related technical field plus demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 3+ years of experience.
- Strong track record of driving execution of cross-functional programs and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing a cross-functional roadmap, including the dependencies, risks, and change management.
- Strong active listening, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to different audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle Industry.
- Experience integrating safety case, regulatory requirements and acceptance criteria into software design.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
