What you will do

  • Manage and update product information and site content for both Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
  • Create and manage discount vouchers, affiliate marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and schedule content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Generate and present monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversions, ad ROI, and social media performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Shopify and/or WooCommerce stores (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, online sales funnels, and customer journey optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling.
  • Knowledge of EDM platforms and automated email workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with affiliate marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with SEO and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Experience managing wholesale/B2B eCommerce functionality (customer tiers, bulk pricing, restricted access).
  • Basic design or content editing skills for website and social media marketing assets.
