What you will do

  • Run fast-paced experiments to test messaging, offers, and acquisition features to increase engagement.
  • Identify and validate product improvements through manual testing before engineering implementation.
  • Maintain and improve team usage of AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
  • Support the development and scaling of AI-powered customer support tools.
  • Assist Finance and Capital Markets teams with operational and analytical tasks.
  • Challenge existing workflows to find simpler, faster, and more efficient ways to operate.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or product.
  • Strong interest in technology, fintech, and the startup ecosystem.
  • Ability to think from first principles and question existing processes.
  • Proficiency in working with data and numbers to drive product decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.
  • Must be able to work from the London office Tuesday through Thursday.
