What you will do
- Run fast-paced experiments to test messaging, offers, and acquisition features to increase engagement.
- Identify and validate product improvements through manual testing before engineering implementation.
- Maintain and improve team usage of AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
- Support the development and scaling of AI-powered customer support tools.
- Assist Finance and Capital Markets teams with operational and analytical tasks.
- Challenge existing workflows to find simpler, faster, and more efficient ways to operate.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, or product.
- Strong interest in technology, fintech, and the startup ecosystem.
- Ability to think from first principles and question existing processes.
- Proficiency in working with data and numbers to drive product decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.
- Must be able to work from the London office Tuesday through Thursday.
