What you will do

  • Own the product vision and strategy, continuously refining direction based on learning and outcomes.
  • Lead continuous discovery, translating user insights, data, and market understanding into opportunities.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to define problems, test assumptions, and validate solutions.
  • Define and track outcome-based metrics and KPIs to guide prioritization and decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for feedback and alignment.
  • Contribute to the commercial success of products, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and business models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software product management.
  • Strong product judgment and experience working with empowered, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through discovery, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Data-informed decision-making, using qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Product management methodologies (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM).
  • Customer-centric or technology product design experience.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks or enterprise product management.
