What you will do
- Act as 1st line support for internal information systems and help desk requests, solving incidents in line with SLA requirements.
- Prepare, update, and maintain user manuals, instructions, and process documentation.
- Train employees on how to use internal information systems and related business processes.
- Participate in system implementation and upgrade projects, collecting user ideas for improvements.
- Test changes and updates in systems, system integrations, and monitor data quality.
- Manage user rights for non-business-critical internal information systems.
- Take responsibility for data accuracy in internal information systems and manage related risks.
- Preserve company assets and follow internal data protection requirements.
Requirements
- Experience working as user support or QA with different systems and processes.
- Higher education degree.
- Basic understanding of IT and back-office processes (resource planning, time reporting, document management, etc.).
- Practical knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., M-Files), Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Resource planning tools, Recruitment platforms, Project management software, HR systems (e.g., Dynamics HR, BambooHR), or ERP (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Certinia, Odoo).
- English: Fluent verbal and written communication (C1 required).
