What you will do
- Own and drive full project lifecycle for SaaS solution launches from kickoff to post-launch review.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and address obstacles proactively.
- Lead project meetings, assign action items, and hold contributors accountable.
- Act as primary contact for dealer partners, guiding technical and operational requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation ensuring transparency and auditability.
- Apply project management methodologies and manage risks and dependencies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada with willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
- 3+ years client services or account management; 2+ years SaaS onboarding experience.
- Expertise in SaaS platform configuration, CRM, data analytics, and workflow automation tools.
- Proven track record in client onboarding, engagement, and maintaining high satisfaction.
