What you will do
- Own and deliver automation roadmap for global finance functions including R2R and AP.
- Design and oversee automation solutions using RPA, ETL, AI/GenAI technologies.
- Lead automation programs integrating ERP and finance systems with IT and Data teams.
- Redesign finance processes to enable scalable automation and improve efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, driving adoption of digital tools and standardized processes.
- Expand automation frameworks across broader finance functions like Treasury and FP&A.
Requirements
- Must be based in Greece.
- 6+ years experience in finance transformation, automation, or process improvement.
- Proven experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath) and ETL platforms (e.g., Alteryx).
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls, and ERP/BI systems integration.
- Practical experience with AI/GenAI applications in finance and governance mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
