What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and identify decision-makers within banks and fintech companies across APAC.
  • Develop and execute personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline activity tracking.
  • Research, validate, and clean merchant data to support internal database accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data and project teams to support regional deployments and merchant categorization.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules with key stakeholders and regional sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or business research.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong research capabilities using LinkedIn and other digital prospecting tools.
  • Experience maintaining CRM systems and managing organized outreach workflows.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Must be available to align working hours with Singapore time (APAC).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the APAC financial services or fintech ecosystem.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Copper.
