Account Representative (SMB): Managing and growing assigned accounts by creating strategic plans that enhance reseller growth and market share, focusing on account support within a defined territory. Location: This position can be based in Buffalo- NY, Irvine-CA or Scottsdale- AZ and follows a hybrid schedule, with two remote workdays each week.
Salary: USD $44,500.00 - $75,600.00 per year.

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Manage assigned existing accounts to create strategic plans.
- Generate revenue, drive profit, and advance market share by positioning and selling Ingram's products, programs, and services.
- Maintain contact with accounts at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and problem-solving agility.
- Have moderate knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Be able to work as a team member, partner effectively with others, multi-task, respond to rapid change, prioritize, and perform work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel when requested.
Nice to have
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years previous sales or sales support experience (preferably in a related industry).
