What you will do

  • Take ownership of designing new features using market research tools and data-driven development practices.
  • Work closely with other designers and design-minded developers to guide the implementation of features, gameplay content, and balancing updates.
  • Maintain and improve the in-game economy calculators and simulations.
  • Ensure features and gameplay are executed with great user experience in mind.
  • Coordinate with a gameplay designer and developers, maintaining a coherent vision in different areas of the gameplay.
  • Participate in scripting and fine-tuning gameplay behaviors as needed in C# in Unity.

Requirements

  • Several years of work experience in mobile F2P Game Design.
  • Passion for creating excellent games and have a background in making games yourself.
  • At least an intermediate C# programmer in Unity.
  • Aware of the role of common game organization departments, such as Player Support, Community Management, Growth Marketing (User Acquisition), etc.
  • English language skills.
