What you will do
- Lead development teams and deliver mission-critical applications in banking or financial services.
- Design, code, and conduct technical reviews across backend and frontend stacks.
- Build modular, reusable components and full-stack applications.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs and understand Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
- Support security reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance alignment during development.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business analysts to ensure delivery alignment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution development, and technical leadership.
- Expertise in backend technologies: Java.
- Strong working knowledge of frontend technologies: React.js, Angular, Flutter, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) and AWS for application development and deployment.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
- Proven ability to lead development teams, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence.
