What you will do
- Lead the entire bid process, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary bid teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
- Develop differentiated Win Strategies and Value Propositions that align with customer needs.
- Oversee the creation of persuasive and compliant proposals, mitigating risks.
- Serve as the central point of communication for the bid, keeping senior management and internal teams informed.
- Lead responses to customer clarifications and support final contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in bid management, sales, project management, or procurement.
- Experience with defence procurement processes and commercial frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Strong project management abilities to handle several bids simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presenting complex information clearly and convincingly.
