What you will do

  • Drive commercial and strategic engagement with leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the Greater China region.
  • Identify and influence future project roadmaps by monitoring market trends and conducting workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage an ecosystem of third-party partners to increase the visibility and adoption of IVN products.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary internal teams across R&D, Marketing, and Sales to support product innovation and launch.
  • Promote the product portfolio at automotive exhibitions and represent the company as the primary voice for IVN in China.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in automotive electronics within an OEM, Tier 1, or semiconductor supplier environment.
  • Native Chinese language proficiency and fluent English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills for coordination between China and Europe.
  • Demonstrable track record of effective customer technical support and issue resolution.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and customer support (up to 35% of time).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of German language.
  • Prior program management experience.
  • Familiarity with NXP product portfolio and automotive E/E architecture.
