What you will do
- Provide 24x7x365 technical support and managed services for data infrastructure.
- Assess and implement complex in-life change requirements to existing service infrastructure.
- Serve as the Technical Operational Authority to ensure service continuity throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Represent technical interests at customer change advisory board sessions.
- Collaborate with internal resolver teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Drive service improvement and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working within a systems integrator support environment as a technical engineer.
- Deep level technical knowledge of Data Services technologies and management applications.
- Experience with EMS products and customer IT systems.
- Proven record in supporting the service lifecycle and costing bids as a subject matter expert.
- Strong skills in service improvement and technical transformation.
- Ability to work onsite in London, Birmingham, Sheffield, or Manchester.
