What you will do

  • Provide 24x7x365 technical support and managed services for data infrastructure.
  • Assess and implement complex in-life change requirements to existing service infrastructure.
  • Serve as the Technical Operational Authority to ensure service continuity throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Represent technical interests at customer change advisory board sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal resolver teams to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive service improvement and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working within a systems integrator support environment as a technical engineer.
  • Deep level technical knowledge of Data Services technologies and management applications.
  • Experience with EMS products and customer IT systems.
  • Proven record in supporting the service lifecycle and costing bids as a subject matter expert.
  • Strong skills in service improvement and technical transformation.
  • Ability to work onsite in London, Birmingham, Sheffield, or Manchester.
