What you will do

  • Define and execute a long-term (12–36 months) product strategy for Brand Experience within the Brand Value Proposition initiative.
  • Build and articulate a clear strategic vision transforming brand presentation and buyer interaction on the platform.
  • Take full ownership of product outcomes aiming for double-digit GMV coverage generated by brands.
  • Design and deliver premium brand shopping experiences aligned with brand identity and expectations.
  • Leverage advanced AI/ML capabilities to create competitive advantages and enhance platform value.
  • Collaborate across teams and leadership levels, reporting progress and strategy to senior management.

Requirements

  • Work from the European Union region with a valid work permit is required.
  • Native-level Polish and English proficiency at B2 or higher.
  • Proven experience aligning product strategy with commercial objectives.
  • Familiarity with Brand Experience standards from leading tech companies or global marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of premium brand needs and platform ecosystem value maintenance.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in complex organizations.

  • Knowledge of Strategic AI and its application in product development and brand-focused solutions.
