What you will do
- Design and develop advanced Digital Signal Processing algorithms in MATLAB for wireless communications and defense applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end algorithm solutions.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate team collaboration and customer engagement.
- Partner directly with customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solution proposals.
- Research and implement innovative approaches to complex signal processing challenges.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and performance validation to ensure market-leading solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DSP algorithm development.
- Expertise in Digital Signal Processing theory with a focus on wireless communications and/or defense systems.
- Experience in MATLAB for algorithm implementation, simulation, and fixed-point modeling.
Nice to have
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques and applications.
- Hands-on RF laboratory experience with test equipment and measurement systems.
