What you will do

  • Design and develop advanced Digital Signal Processing algorithms in MATLAB for wireless communications and defense applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end algorithm solutions.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate team collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Partner directly with customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solution proposals.
  • Research and implement innovative approaches to complex signal processing challenges.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and performance validation to ensure market-leading solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DSP algorithm development.
  • Expertise in Digital Signal Processing theory with a focus on wireless communications and/or defense systems.
  • Experience in MATLAB for algorithm implementation, simulation, and fixed-point modeling.

Nice to have

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field.
  • Experience with AI/ML techniques and applications.
  • Hands-on RF laboratory experience with test equipment and measurement systems.
