What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle independently, from initial lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct high-impact, customized product demonstrations for global mid-market and enterprise prospects.
  • Translate complex business needs into efficient, AI-driven conversational workflows.
  • Guide prospects through the trial period to accelerate time-to-value and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to share feedback and shape go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to lead interactive, technical demos and co-create workflows live.
  • Deep understanding of workflow automation and ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
  • Comfortable managing multi-stakeholder deals in the mid-market and enterprise segments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational automation, chatbots, or customer experience (CX) platforms.
  • Background in digital or conversational marketing.
