What you will do

  • Strengthen your skills in composition, lighting, color, and studio workflows.
  • Develop character design skills with a focus on anatomy, proportions, and storytelling.
  • Explore worldbuilding, perspective, and cinematic compositions.
  • Learn how to create narrative-driven illustrations for games and animation.

Requirements

  • Strong foundational skills in composition, lighting, color theory, and anatomy.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Procreate, or similar digital painting tools.
  • Passion for concept art and illustration with a strong artistic portfolio.
  • Ability to take feedback, iterate, and improve.
  • Self-driven with good time management and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite or relocate independently, as relocation assistance is not provided.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Blender or 3D tools for paint-overs.
  • Experience with photobashing techniques.
  • Familiarity with game or animation pipelines.
