What you will do

  • Define and execute the overarching marketing technology strategy, including the evaluation and integration of emerging AI tools.
  • Implement and manage AI-assisted workflows such as LLM-based campaign personalization and automated content pipelines.
  • Own the full-funnel marketing reporting, including dashboards for pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and channel effectiveness.
  • Administer and evolve the CMS infrastructure, focusing on content modeling, taxonomy, and workflow governance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on API integrations, platform architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to optimize lead management, account routing, and data integrity across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing technology, publishing operations, or technical marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, content modeling, and API integrations.
  • Proven track record of deploying AI or LLM-based tooling in a B2B marketing context.
  • Strong technical SEO capabilities including schema markup, crawl optimization, and technical auditing.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like GA4, Looker, or HubSpot with experience building attribution dashboards.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise software marketing.
