What you will do

  • Operate surveillance and access control systems to support Security Command Center operations and identify priority calls.
  • Monitor live video feeds and data sources to detect safety issues and assist during incidents or special events.
  • Report suspicious activity and incidents to security personnel, documenting key details like time, date, and camera location.
  • Gather and organize intelligence from multiple sources to support Corporate Security and investigative efforts.
  • Prepare accurate and concise reports, including statistical summaries, in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Follow protocols, respond to evidence requests, attend training, and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree or completion of 60 hours from an accredited college or university and 2 years’ experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description.
  • Experience in emergency services, military, security, information technology, cybersecurity, CCTV operations, data analysis, investigations, dispatch and logistics, drone operations, or public safety.
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate speed, fluidity, and accuracy while concurrently operating multiple technologies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of highly sensitive information.
  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing.
