What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for an extensive contract portfolio, including ACO REACH, PC Flex, MSSP, MA, Commercial and CCF agreements.
  • Partner directly with practices to ensure successful contract onboarding and ongoing compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for practice level contracting questions and resolution.
  • Collaborate with practices to identify and resolve barriers to contract performance and participation.
  • Act as the SME of the Explorer market with all relevant groups such as Payer Networks, SPP, Withdrawal, Legal, and Growth teams.
  • Lead collaborations efforts to establish predictability to enable scalability.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university in healthcare, health technology or information systems-related programs, or significant and relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted.
  • 6+ years of experience with relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in contract management and healthcare operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • 2-3 years of management experience or mentorship.
  • Project management certification or demonstrated competency.
  • Experience with ACO models and value-based care contracts.
  • Healthcare practice management experience.
  • Data analysis and process improvement skills.
